The season is upon us to make sure that the sump pump monitors are working and transmitting to the central station properly. Due to the harsh environment these detectors are in, they must be tested on a monthly basis. Should they fail to transmit a signal, they will need to be replaced. Unfortunately, this type of detector because of the environment is constantly in use and often requires replacement.
